Embrace the journey of self-discovery, for within it lies the power to heal, grow, and thrive”
— Kelly Kakakios

I see individuals, couples and groups within a small private practice in The Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and at Relationships Australia in all areas online and in Sydney CBD for F2F appointments.
I help clients to find stability, grow self esteem and learn skills to become more resilient to better manage their relationships at work, at home and within themselves.
