We Want to Change the Way You Work
We were exhausted trying to find a room hire that felt supportive, inclusive and expansive enough to support our vision. We also wanted to surround ourselves with like minded colleagues who were fun, inspirational and super skilled at their job.
It quickly became obvious that we would be building this ourselves. So we did just that. In the Dymocks building. And somewhere along the line it’s grown into an office suite of 18 + rooms with 30 (and counting) really rad colleagues. Our dream was to build a gorgeous community of holistic entrepreneurs with a focus on other as well as business.
We’ve turned into a marvellous group of diverse business owners supporting each other and building relationships that count. We’re small but devoted to being the change we want to see.

They decide what to do with it. We also take the isolation out of running a business. We’ve done the hard work of securing a great location and adding in the decorating touches. With eighteen + practice rooms and waiting rooms in the iconic Dymocks Building, we think you’ll find the space you’ve been looking for. Day or monthly rates are available. Weekends are available as well.

- Monthly Peer Supervision. You’re going to be blown away by the breadth and depth of experience and skills sets you will have access too. We’ve got people with skills in areas such as IVF, domestic violence, consensual non-monogomy, gender diversity, EMDR 2.0, family therapy + tons of other interesting topics.
- Office Hours for Help with Business Building. Our MBA trained business leader holds classes for new timers to help them reduce the cost of starting up, as well as helping you get good habits for billing + bookkeeping. She’s also working overtime to get you access to technology that makes daily processes less time consuming.
- Referrals from our Website. For Free! Did I mention we don’t charge for this? Our robust website captures leads where clients contact you directly or we refer to you based on skills and fit matching.
- Internal Listserv for help, support, referrals, or just catching up on cat memes from your collegues
- Social get-togethers if you want to join, but we’re a pretty fun bunch. You’ll want too.
- Speakers and trainers for mental health topics and business topics

Who is a good fit for the space?
We welcome qualified, independent mental health professionals who are committed to purposeful, ethical practice. Our space is best suited to:
- Accredited Mental Health Social Workers or Clinical Social Workers
- Counsellors (ACA Level 3 or 4, or PACFA Clinical Members)
- Psychiatrists
- Psychologists
We also value professionals whose work supports mental well-being, celebrates diversity, prioritises sustainability, and contributes meaningfully to our community.

What kinds of workspaces are available?
We offer a range of thoughtfully designed, fully furnished private and shared offices to support focused, professional client work.
What kind of commitment is required?
We ask for a minimum commitment of two days per week for one year. This helps ensure continuity for your clients and supports a strong, connected community of practitioners.
What features are included with the space?
We’ve created an environment where you can concentrate on your clients and your business. Features include:
- High-speed WiFi
- Water, central heating and air conditioning
- Bathrooms on the same floor
- Light-filled rooms with windows in most spaces
- Fully furnished with desks, bookshelves, filing cabinets, and additional seating

- Your name displayed in the waiting room call system
