Style of Therapy

Client-focused and individual needs assessed, collaborative, relational, challenging, supportive, Queer focused. He predominantly works with queer-identified and non-binary, cis-gendered men.

The existential approach informs Adam in his work with his clients to ultimately help them to find the answers to their dilemmas and concerns. Through dialogue of openness and curiosity together and collaboratively the limitations of what life brings are encouraged to be addressed and responded to with support.

Adam has completed a Doctorate in Psychotherapy and Counselling to be awarded later this year from Middlesex University in London. He holds a Master’s in Counselling, a Graduate Diploma in Individual Psychotherapy and Relationship Therapy, a Bachelor of Counselling and Human Change, along with a B.N in nursing and other nursing qualifications.
