Initial 1 hour session ‘You and your relationship’
In between sessions – Online Prepare Enrich questions
2nd and 3rd session – What Prepare Enrich suggests about your relationship and preparing for the future together
RE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING
Re-marriage counselling can help couples in second or third marriages create the relationships they want.
Working with Rebecca previous to a re-marriage is an opportunity to understand the expectations and hopes and help identify and separate out grievances and difficulties from previous relationships. She highly recommends using re-marriage counselling to help navigate the inevitable ups and downs.

We work with a program called Prepare-Enrich, a comprehensive framework which assists partners in exploring differences and expectations in a supportive and compassionate environment. All the major aspects of a couple’s life together when preparing for longer-term commitment or marriage are discussed.

Premarital counselling is a strengths-based approach used to explore each partner’s qualities and how differences and similarities combine to be complementary. It can also help identify possible areas of conflict. When conflict is identified, we’ll help you develop skills to work with it in a positive way.
We may use a very detailed questionnaire giving each of you the opportunity to answer in private. We then measure and see where you match or where there is an area of growth. We will help you walk through both.

Working with a trained couples and Relationship Counsellor can be a game changer. Working with Relationship Counsellor you will learn communication tools and develop relationship skills.
Having a couples counsellor on your team can help your relationship navigate tricky terrain such as finances, parenting, family of origin issues, and family boundaries. We want to help you have the best possible experience. Pre-marital Counselling or Relationship Checkups can help identify stuck areas and enhance areas going well.
