We have amazing in-house clinical supervisors with a wide assortment of expertise, trainings and educational backgrounds. We have clinical psychology supervision, relationship and family therapy supervision, social work supervision, and counselling and psychotherapy supervision. Clinical Supervision for Individual Providers or Your Group or Agency
We have supervisors with a ton of experience in agency work who want to help your counsellors thrive. Some of our supervisors are also relationship and family counsellors and are able to bring a unique systems perspective. Our Clinical Supervisors are extremely well trained and have worked with complex presentations including domestic violence. Supervision for Australia Therapists Looking to Gain hours for California or other State Licensure
Jennifer Perkins is an approved supervisor through CA BBS and a member AAMFT. (American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy) She is also a member of the NBCC (National Board of Certified Counsellors) She is able to supervise counsellors and MFTs currently working in Australia who need their AU hours to count for their US state boards. Supervision for LGBT & Gay Community
Reaching out is hard. Choosing a therapist shouldn’t be.
We want to make sure our queer population is well supported by our supervisors. We wouldn’t bring in any supervisor who we didn’t trust in this area, but some of our supervisors have a great deal of additional training in this area. We want to make sure you can find them easily. We know it’s important for you to feel safe to be yourself.
Supervision for PTSD and Trauma Counselling
We have some really skilled up therapists who work with past family violence, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD and cPTSD. We have some supervisors who have worked with clients from the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. We have some supervisors who are trained in EMDR.
